A visual artist and activist came to me wanting more online visibility, to reach potential clients and find residency opportunities. She had a strong creative voice but no consistent way of sharing it online.
We started by getting clear on her goals and building a content strategy around her existing work. She recorded short source videos; I turned them into emails, social posts, and Reels that reflected her artistic process and philosophy.
I handle the strategy, you handle the voice notes
Blogs, emails, social media captions, graphics
You approve everything before it goes live
“I’m so excited because when I checked my analytics, the content that I’ve been putting out on LinkedIn, thanks to this experience, has gone up by 300% in interactions and responses!”

This — coupled with a deep-dive conversation — will be the basis of your content plan. The more you share, the more custom your plan will be! (That’s your cue to share it all, friend…)
We’ll use this time to drum up creative content and repurposing ideas for three entire months
You know that list of ideas from the brainstorming meeting? They form the basis of your comprehensive, month-by-month plan that’s sorted by category, assigned a publishing date, and imported into your planning/scheduling software. This will help you know what source material you need to find in your library or create from scratch each month
You want everything to sound like you — your emails, your blogs, your captions. That’s how you create brand awareness and establish yourself as a thought leader. And your shiny new style guide will help you keep everything you (or we) create cohesive and sounding just like you.
One of the reasons you haven’t organized and optimized? It’s tough going solo. But I’ll be by your side every step of the way, helping you capture your ideas and expertise and share them in an engaging and easy-to-implement content/marketing plan.
Using your source materials, we’ll develop 2 comprehensive, informative SEO-optimized blog posts to help your audience find you – organically.
2 equally awesome options: Keep your email subscribers engaged or drive traffic to your blog. Or…both!
Adapted from your source material, these captions speak to your expertise and know-how and start a deep conversation with your ideal client.
Using quotes, tips, or visuals that educate and entertain, pair these with your captions to build an impactful presence on social media.
This monthly call will be an opportunity to hear more about your upcoming marketing goals, and I’ll develop content ideas around them. Plus, we’ll talk about what’s going well and what needs work.

All packages include the Month 1 foundation. Here's how they differ.
If your content feels overwhelming, inconsistent, or disconnected from what you want to be known for, I can help you find a rhythm that feels like you; one that’s steady, authentic, and supportive of your bigger business goals.
My goal is always to tell your story and share your purpose in a distinct, creative way so you can have more: more leads, more connections, more time – to focus on your business, your big goals, and (most importantly) time away from your computer.
“Willow has done editing and proofreading work of the content for one of my premium online coaching products and our collaboration was smooth and pleasant from day one. She was very professional and reliable at every stage of the project – despite tight deadlines she delivered everything on time and the quality of her work was second to none. She was perfect at managing the fine line between ensuring content flow and maintaining my own tone of voice. She kept a close eye on consistency and readability of the text and her comments were always spot-on. I felt she really made the effort to understand the subject matter and turn sometimes complex concepts into a simpler, readable copy that a reader can relate to. I recommend Willow to anyone who is looking for a professional, highly skilled yet empathetic and approachable editor, proofreader and copywriter who really cares about the quality of your content while keeping in mind the way the world might receive it.”
-Anna K., transformational coach
“Working with Willow has been amazingly simple! She is highly skilled and has such a beautiful heart to serve her clients with excellence. Her response times are amazing and she maintains a very open line of communication no matter what is going on or where she is working. I have full confidence in Willow – no matter what we have handed her, she has been a dream to work with! I would happily recommend her to anyone needing an incredible teammate!”
-Tracy H., agent
“Willow was incredibly supportive in keeping up with my weekly blogs which became the foundation for my weekly newsletters. I learned how to be a better writer because she was such a great editor and demonstrated logical solutions to some of my writing.“
– Susan W., healing arts practitioner
A content strategist plans what you create, when, and why, aligning it with your business goals so your content builds toward something (visibility, leads, authority) instead of existing as one-off posts. It’s different from just “writing content,” it’s the thinking behind what gets written and how it all fits together.
A copywriter writes the words. A content strategist decides what should be written, when, and why, so everything ladders up to your bigger goals instead of existing as disconnected posts. My content service includes both: I plan the strategy and write the content, so you’re not managing two separate people or processes.
Everything I create starts with your words. In month 1 of our working arrangement, we develop a content strategy, and I learn how you like to express yourself. We delve into your existing content, if you have any, and explore what we’ll create in the future. Month 2 takes less time on your part and we move into the “done-for-you” working relationship. Even still, you never lose the ability to review every single piece of content before it goes out. Your content will always sound like you.
I work primarily with audio and video, because they capture your thinking and expertise naturally. This can be existing content you’ve already shared, or content you create specifically for this process.
That could be a casual voice note, a rough video, or you talking through an idea out loud. It doesn’t have to be polished. I’ll shape your raw ideas into clear, intentional content for blogs, email marketing, podcasts, and social media.
If you’d like to talk about using a different type of source content, take advantage of my no strings attached 30-minute consultation to speak with me.
I do up to an hour of engagement each weekday on the platforms we create content for. Depending on the day, that might include responding to comments on your posts, commenting on other people’s posts, replying to DMs, or sending connection requests.
In Month 1, we create a brand voice document together so everything I post and engage with accurately reflects how your brand communicates: your tone, your values, and the way you naturally talk to people.
In most cases, it takes about 3 months to gain momentum from our content creation and relationship-building efforts. I also spend quite a bit of time upfront getting to know you and your business so I can do our best work for you. That’s why my contracts are 90-day commitments. You can send written notice that you’d like to cancel (email is fine) at least 15 days before the end of the then-current 90-day term. Of course, I hope you’ll have such a good experience, you’ll won’t consider that.
I use a system called LastPass to store your login credentials to social media and other online programs. I don’t share your business information with anyone.
I accept major credit cards, ACH bank transfer (in the US), and Wise payments.
